Website Terms of Use
These terms explain the conditions that apply when you access or use Chloe Grows websites, landing pages, forms, articles and free public resources.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. About these terms
These Website Terms of Use apply when you access or use a Chloe Grows website, landing page, form, article or free public resource. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
The website is operated by Chloe D’Aprile, a sole trader trading as Chloe Grows (ABN 57 564 697 181). Paid services and free personalised audits may also have separate terms that apply to that engagement.
2. Information only
Website content is general small-business, marketing, content, website, Shopify, SEO and operational information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, safety, medical or other regulated professional advice. Consider your circumstances and obtain qualified advice where needed before relying on information for a significant decision.
Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A paid engagement begins only when scope, price and other key terms are agreed in writing or, for Airtasker work, when a task contract is created through the platform.
3. Accuracy and currency
We take reasonable care when preparing content, but information may become outdated or may not suit every business. Social media, search engines, Shopify, advertising systems and other third-party platforms can change features, rules, algorithms and results without notice. We do not promise that all website content will always be complete, current or error-free.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website and public resources for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:
- Copy, republish, resell or commercially exploit substantial website content or branded resources without written permission.
- Remove copyright, attribution or proprietary notices.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, forms, systems or data.
- Upload malware, interfere with website operation, scrape data at unreasonable scale or use the website unlawfully.
- Submit information you do not have authority to provide or impersonate another person or business.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, branding, templates, frameworks, graphics and resources are owned by or licensed to Chloe Grows and are protected by intellectual property laws. A download or free resource gives you only the permission stated in that resource or in the Free Mini Audit & Free Resources Terms.
6. Information you submit
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give Chloe Grows a limited permission to access, store, review, reproduce and adapt that material only as reasonably needed to respond to you, prepare an audit or deliver an agreed service. You confirm that you own the material or have authority to provide it.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Do not submit passwords, full card details, tax file numbers or sensitive information through a general website form.
7. External links and third-party platforms
The website may link to external platforms, software, products or resources. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not mean Chloe Grows controls or guarantees the third party. Review the third party’s information before relying on it or providing personal information.
8. Results and testimonials
Examples, reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise that every business will achieve the same result. Marketing, SEO, social media, website and sales outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, market, audience, budget, implementation, consistency, competition and platform changes.
9. Website availability
We may maintain, update, suspend or remove website content when reasonably needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for a temporary outage caused by a host, platform, network, cyber incident or other event outside our reasonable control.
10. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Chloe Grows is not responsible for loss caused by your reliance on general website content without considering your circumstances or obtaining suitable professional advice, or by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control. Any liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law and having regard to what was reasonably foreseeable.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Notice explain how information is handled when you use the website or submit a form.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of South Australia and any courts that may hear appeals, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new updated date. For questions, email hello@chloegrows.com.
