Free Mini Audit & Free Resources Terms
Terms for the Free Mini Social Media Audit and future Chloe Grows checklists, guides and assessments.

1. What the free resource is
A Chloe Grows free resource is a limited, introductory resource designed to help a small-business owner identify one obvious issue, understand what to fix first and take one practical next step. It is not a substitute for a full paid audit, strategy or implementation service.
The Free Mini Social Media Audit may include a short first-impression assessment, two or three obvious issues or missed opportunities, one quick win, the single most important area to fix first, why it matters and one relevant optional paid next step.
2. What is not included
- A full account, competitor, content, keyword, hashtag, website, SEO or Shopify audit.
- A content calendar, completed captions, social posts, Canva designs, video, account management or posting.
- Implementation, technical development, advertising management or ongoing support.
- Legal, financial, tax, accounting, HR, safety or regulated professional advice.
- A guarantee of reach, followers, engagement, leads, sales, rankings or another result.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and own, manage or have authority to submit the business account or information. Do not submit another person’s private information or confidential material without authority. The offer is subject to capacity, fair use and any eligibility details shown on the landing page.
4. Information and account access
You are responsible for providing accurate details and making the account or relevant material accessible for review. If the profile is private, unavailable or incomplete, we may ask for screenshots or be unable to complete the personalised review.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Do not provide passwords. Use public links, screenshots, exports or approved collaborator access where needed.
5. Delivery and timing
Any indicative delivery time shown on the form or confirmation message begins once the required information is available. Because the resource is free and manually reviewed, timing may vary with demand. If we cannot complete the request, we will try to let you know using the contact details supplied.
6. How you may use it
You may use your personalised result and any downloadable free resource for your own personal or internal business purposes and may share it privately with your staff or professional advisers. You must not resell, rebrand, reproduce for distribution, publish as your own, use it to create a competing template or remove Chloe Grows attribution without written permission.
7. Decisions and results
The review is based on a brief first impression and the information available at the time. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on it. Social media and business results vary and are affected by your offer, audience, market, consistency, implementation, competition and platform changes.
8. Email delivery and optional marketing
We use the contact details you provide to process and deliver the requested resource and communicate about that request. Ongoing tips, offers and promotional follow-up require separate marketing consent unless another lawful basis applies. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving the free audit. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method.
9. Privacy, confidentiality and AI tools
Information is handled under the Chloe Grows Privacy Policy. We may use digital and AI-assisted tools to help organise, draft or quality-check the audit, with human review where appropriate. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential information that is not needed for the review.
10. Public use, testimonials and examples
Requesting a free audit does not give Chloe Grows permission to identify your business publicly, use your logo, publish your audit, quote your feedback or create a case study. We will ask separately if we would like that permission. We may use de-identified themes or common patterns that do not identify you.
11. Consumer rights and contact
