No. Never send passwords, authentication codes or recovery codes. The Review uses your public profile and business information. For Setup, you receive written instructions for granting the suitable access needed for the approved work.
No. These services focus on your profile foundations and the route visitors take to contact, book or buy. Content creation, content plans, posting, advertising, ongoing management and technical account recovery are outside the current scope. They do not guarantee reach, followers, enquiries or sales.
The Free Social Media Check-up is delivered within up to seven business days once the required information and a reviewable public profile are available. The paid Review is delivered within seven business days after payment, the completed matching intake and working profile links are received. Setup follows the Review and begins only after your approval and suitable access are in place.
