Chloe Grows’ Social Media Foundations Review and Action Plan is designed for small business owners who have an Instagram or Facebook business profile but feel unsure what needs attention. You might be getting started, posting without seeing the response you hoped for, or wondering whether your page gives potential customers enough confidence to enquire. You’ll need a public profile that Chloe can review.
Can this help if I’m posting but not getting enquiries?
The Review checks whether visitors can understand what you offer, see reasons to trust your business and find a clear next step. It can highlight profile and customer-path issues worth addressing before you put more effort into promotion. It does not identify every possible reason for low reach or weak sales, and enquiries or sales are not guaranteed.
Is the advice personalised to my business?
Yes. Chloe personally reviews your profile using what potential customers can see and the business information you provide. Your recommendations explain what she noticed, why it matters and what to prioritise. The aim is to help you decide where to focus, rather than leave you with a general list of things you could change.
Can I see an example before deciding?
The example on this page shows the thinking behind a recommendation: what Chloe notices, why it matters and a practical change to make. It is a fictional example, rather than a client result. Your own Review is based on your profile and business context.
Do I need the free Check-Up first?
No. You can purchase the Review and Action Plan directly when you know you want a complete in-scope review and action order.
Which platforms can I choose?
Instagram and Facebook are supported. One platform is A$165 including GST; two purchased together are A$245 including GST. A second platform added after delivery is A$80 including GST. Maximum two platforms per review.
What happens after payment?
Complete the intake for your purchased option and provide working profile links. Your Review is delivered within 7 business days after payment, the completed intake and working links are received.
Can I ask questions afterwards?
One clarification round within 14 days helps you understand the delivered recommendations and resources. Revisions, new analysis, calls, implementation and ongoing support are not included.
Will you need my password?
No passwords, login codes, two-factor authentication codes or recovery codes are requested. The Review uses public information and the context you provide.
