What is a Social Media Foundations Audit?
It is a personalised review of the Instagram or Facebook profile included in your order. Chloe checks whether the right people can find, understand, trust and act on your business, documents every material issue within the defined foundation areas, and prioritises what to address Now, Next and Later. You also receive a Foundation Snapshot, What’s Already Working, one practical Quick Win, your Fix First priority, a Ready-for-Traffic conclusion and four supporting resources.
Which social media platforms can you review?
Instagram and Facebook are currently supported. You can choose one platform or both. A two-platform Audit includes cross-platform consistency and is delivered as one combined business foundations review, with findings labelled Instagram, Facebook or Both platforms where useful. You can also add the second supported platform later.
Do you need my password?
No. The Audit uses your public-facing profile plus any relevant information you choose to confirm. Private ownership, recovery, connection and security settings are handled through the included self-check and are never guessed. You should never send a password, login code, two-factor authentication code or recovery code. If you later choose Setup, Chloe will use the access you provide through the platform where possible; some security, recovery and ownership actions must still be completed by you personally.
How do the audit details and payment work?
After you select Get My Foundations Audit, you will be able to compare the one-platform Audit, two-platform Audit and one-platform Audit + Setup options, then choose the support that fits. You can also add the second supported platform later, or add one-platform Setup after your Audit. Each purchase is a secure one-off payment, not a subscription. If your profile details are already on file from a Free Mini Audit, Chloe will use them and confirm anything else needed. Direct buyers will be asked for the profile and business details needed before work begins.
When will I receive the report, and what happens after delivery?
Your personalised Audit PDF and four supporting resources are delivered within 4–5 business days after payment and receipt of the required profile details. Your Audit includes one clarification round within 14 days of delivery. You can send one or several questions together where they relate to understanding the recommendations already delivered or using the included resources. It does not include new analysis, new findings, a second profile review, revised strategy, implementation, calls or ongoing support. Any factual error introduced by Chloe Grows will be corrected. If you purchased Audit + Setup, the Audit is completed first and the agreed implementation follows once the scope, payment and required access are confirmed.
